We arrived at Bocas Town after a long 12-hour journey from Panama City. Despite the usual check-in time being at 2pm, the hotel kindly let us in at 8am so we could rest before starting our day. The place was clean and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was also great, just a couple of blocks from the boat dock, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, I appreciated being able to check in an hour early and finding the AC already running in my room. Having a TV in the room was a nice bonus as well. a clean and comfortable hotel in a great location.

We really got great value for our money at Bocas Reef. The room was spotless and had a working air con, plus plenty of space to hang our clothes. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the boat dock, and the staff treated us with kindness and warmth throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if they had offered a variety of fruits and spreads for toast.

I recently stayed at Bocas Reef Hotel for a couple of nights during my trip to Bocas del Toro. The hotel's location, just a few blocks from the boat dock, was perfect for me as it made it convenient to check in and explore the area. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff allowed me to check in an hour early, allowing me to relax and settle in quickly. Walking into my room, I was greeted with the cool comfort of the already switched-on air conditioning, a delightful bonus. The room was equipped with a TV and everything was spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere for my stay.

While my stay at Bocas Reef Hotel was enjoyable overall, I do have a few recommendations. The free breakfast that was promised never materialized, which was a disappointment.
